Precision Tools for Human Beings to Address Workplace Dysfunction.
Interactive, research-backed resources for professionals and institutions to build positive workplace dynamics, ensure psychological safety, and sustain productivity.
Wild at Work
We address professional bullying and dysfunctional workplace behavior, support positive working habits, and develop standards for the individual and to scale across institutions with our practical resources and guides.
The Compass orients the user within their dynamic, provides an immediate analysis and resources specific to the situation.
We've developed The Vault, an encrypted dashboard that provides the individual with:
- Scripts to professionally address the most prevalent toxic behaviors in the workplace.
- Integrated guides and templates to navigate, record, and report behaviors.
- A dedicated space to take notes, build habits to support team growth, and maintain and check off goals.
All available on cellphones for portability and immediate access when needed, in the corridor, in meetings, or on your commute.
For Institutions, we have developed a Score Card to assess the health of the organization across 8 critical markers. Based on neuroscience and organizational psychology, the Score Card identifies risks and gaps in organizational (dys)function before they become liabilities. We then devise workshops and support for leadership and staff based on the Score Card.

Mainstream News Exposes Unchecked Toxic Workplace Dysfunction Globally.

A live, mainstream judicial commission investigating criminality, political interference, and corruption inside South Africa's criminal justice system. Hearings have examined how senior officials and investigators were allegedly removed, sidelined, or pressured when their work threatened powerful interests. The commission's final report deadline has been extended to November 2026.
When law-enforcement and oversight roles are treated as political appointments, the people inside them become targets. Independence is a workplace-safety issue.
