For Institutions
Wild at Work for organizations
The aim of your institution, whether it is private or public, is to success in its mission. Psychological safety is critical to workplace productivity and a positive culture of engagement. At the office level, collaboration, cooperation, information sharing, vulnerabilities, and creativity are all predicated on positive working relationships. Toxic behavior in the workplace costs US institutions over $30 billion per year.
Your clients know that toxic workplaces are a liability, where focus is drawn away from the task at hand. That, in turn, creates unnecessary delays, lack of clarity, and can cost time and money. Writ large, institutions can scale successfully when their operations are running smoothly.
Our system includes:
- The Compass, a diagnostic for individuals;
- The Institutional Scorecard, a proprietary tool to assess the working culture of your organization along 8 specific markers;
- The Toxic Behavior Taxonomy and all scripts;
- All field guides and templates;
- Managing AI Integration;
- The Structural Tell, for leaders to identify systemic elements only they can shift;
- Difficult Conversations guide;
- Plus resource updates, articles, and more.
We provide organizations with a baseline assessment to track progress. The assessment provides organizations with a proprietary scorecard to assess organizational psychological health across 8 markers, grounded in current psychology and workplace research and best practices.
From those scores, we develop solutions ranging from small workshops, to presentations, to off-the-shelf resources developed to address specific areas of concern.
Wild at Work provides the resources organizations need to implement their ILO C190 obligations including training, awareness, victim support, reporting frameworks, and risk assessment tools.
A single license puts the complete system in your hands to consistently monitor and support psychological health, positive behavior, and team engagement, and to build management plans around continuously novel and disruptive technologies.

- Written findings with prioritised areas of concern

Unions and works councils
Members get scripts and paper-trail templates that hold up in grievance and arbitration processes.
Labor ministries and inspectorates
A plain-language public resource that helps workers identify conduct, respond proportionately, and build a record, reducing unsubstantiated filings.

Questions procurement will ask
How is it delivered?
It is a web app that also installs on a phone. There is nothing to deploy, host, or maintain. Users sign in with their work email and access is granted automatically for approved domains.
What do you see about our people?
Nothing identifiable. Vault entries are private to the individual user and are never visible to the employer. Reporting is aggregate and anonymous: how many people used it, which behavior families were most consulted.
Can we buy the scorecard on its own?
Yes. The baseline assessment and scorecard are sold separately as a standalone engagement, and the fee is credited toward a license if you go on to buy one within twelve months.
Can we co-brand or translate it?
Yes, under the Institutional license. Translation, co-branding, and adjusting language to match your jurisdiction's statutory terms are all in scope.
Can we buy a perpetual license instead of a subscription?
Yes. The Organization Perpetual tier is a one-time license for up to 1,000 users with no recurring fee. It includes live training, slide decks, and facilitator guides. Future updates are available separately at a discounted rate.
How does procurement work?
Annual invoicing in USD or EUR, purchase orders accepted, standard security and data-processing documentation provided on request. Public-sector and perpetual-license terms are accommodated.
